God is preparing right now a faithful "army" of believers for the last big spiritual battle, when all the deceptions of Satan and his people are exposed and every human being is invited to choose what is right, true, and what will bring real and lasting happiness to our souls. "Come out of Babylon, My people!" - this is God's call for me and you today. May all of us say Amen, not just with our tongues but with our whole life.

+Wilfred Muchenje if you believe that the behavior and the type of activity in that video are in harmony with the three angels message and if those activities prepare the SDA youth for the close of probation, then i have no comments to make. read the section Recreation from Adventist Home (section 17) or Messages to Young People (section 13) and compare what God says there with what is shown in the fragment you shot. more guilty are not the young people but the wolves who are leading them astray...
Hi, I hope you will allow me to ask a few questions. I do not mean to entrap you by the following questions at all. I earnest pray and hope we will be able to have a fruitful dialogue. i.First, by section do you mean chapters? Chapter 17 of AH is entitled "Mutual Obligations". And chapter 13 of MTYP is entitled "Temptation is No excuse for Sin". ii. From AH I have narrowed down Chapters 79 to 84 to be most relevant to this discussion about Recreation. iii. I am currently reading through indexed search results for recreation from MTYP. If you could narrow down the references you would like to discuss that would be helpful. Best wishes.
+Wilfred Muchenje in AH, the section 17 is called Relaxation and Recreation. it has 6 chapters, from 79 to 84. chapter 79 is called Recreation is Essential. in MYP, the section 13 has more chapters, numbered from 124 to 135. i hope this helps to find the right pages. chapter 124 is The Value of Recreation.

I always assumed music could affect the mind, motives and emotions in different ways but never ascribed a direct demonic influence to it. A lot of the hardstyle electronic music encourages a high energy state that could excite the wrong drives in a human. I probably like a lot of music that Roger would call the "wrong" type.

johnuk04 I was deeply affected by a little quarterly newspaper called "The Self-Supporting Worker" in the 1980s. This video seemed to highlight most of the famous SDA self-supporting places that I remember from then. Actually, I found out about a Country Life restaurant in Osaka Japan from that newspaper, and quit everything to come here in 1989. :) Let's pray for more workers to go into the harvest.
earlysda Amen to that. I found out about the self supporting ministries about 20 years ago. The book Madison-God's Beautiful Farm was a good introduction to this. Since then i tried to understand how an institution should operate to be really self-supporting and others-supporting. Many institutions call themselves self-supporting but they rely heavily on donations from different sponsors, which is not really good to set an example.
johnuk04 I have a review of that book on my great-controversy-movie.com/blog site. When I was little, our family lived near Madison. It was a great example of what God can do when we follow his ways, but when Sutherland started going after worldly recognition, things started going downhill.

There is a big need today of Schools of the prophets. They can be like the Ark in the time of Noah, to prepare people for the "flood" of the final crisis in the world, described in Revelation 13. Madison School is a blueprint for the type of projects we need to invest in today.
